Making Agribusiness Work For Development

In this event AgriProFocus members and other experts from the agribusiness sector are invited to share their lessons learned.

Making Agribusiness Work For Development

Are we in The Netherlands successful in linking Aid & Trade to achieve food and nutrition security, sustainable agriculture and inclusive agribusiness? What role do the different stakeholders of the 'Growth Diamond' have? We invite you to join a conversation with other agribusiness professionals! To learn by sharing and reflecting on your experiences of programmes and policies, show leadership by looking ahead and explore opportunities to improve, innovate and work together!

At the end of the current government's term the AgriProFocus network looks back and forward on the Aid & Trade agenda. What are the experiences of the various stakeholders involved in agribusiness in developing countries? What is the added value of partnerships and cooperation? Which elements of this agenda have been successful for improving farmer entrepreneurship to increase food and nutrition security? What would be your advice to improve the aid & trade agenda for agribusiness: what to continue, what to stop and what to start doing?

In this event AgriProFocus members and other experts from the agribusiness sector are invited to share their lessons learned, get inspired by the insights and stories of others and generate new ideas for the future. We invite you to get involved in this conversation! Watch here for the program.
* The conversation will be held in Dutch
