ICCO sells share in Truvalu
ICCO has reached agreement on the sale of its shares in Fair and Sustainable Participations (operating under the name Truvalu) to Boom 31 BV,
ICCO has reached agreement on the sale of its shares in Fair and Sustainable Participations (operating under the name Truvalu) to Boom 31 BV, the company of Jaap Jan Verboom. This concerns 50% of the total shareholding. The other 50% as well as the management of the company was already with Jaap Jan Verboom.
Since 2015 ICCO has helped Truvalu become active in the field of supporting early stage entrepreneurs in developing countries. Together an approach was piloted and developed. Truvalu is now able to stand on its own, continuing the vision and mission and grow further. After close of the transaction, ICCO and Truvalu will continue to work together in joined programs and ICCO will also continue to work with early stage SMEs in their grant programs.
