The Innovation Project aims to change the carrot cultivation system from the implementation of technified harvest. In the territory of Capinota, with the introduction of the mechanical harvester, the carrot management system was changed in perspective of the use of the new technology of harvesting and sowing, which will lower labor costs, increase in yields and decrease losses due to timely harvest.

The Carrot is integrated into the dynamic market of vegetables. Capinota is the most competitive and important area of production in Bolivia. By increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the carrot harvest, in addition to lowering labor costs, the perspective to replicate the acquisition by other farmers in the region and other parts of Bolivia, will allow community and geographic scaling.
