CHS is a leader and recognized entity in the protection of human rights, particularly those of children and adolescents, related to people trafficking, illicit traffic of migrants and missing persons. CHS establishes strategic alliances and agreements with state and civilian organizations. It has developed strong work relationships in networks with public and private entities for their integral intervention. This work in networks has also been developed internationally, especially in border areas, due to the need to combine strategies.
In the last year, CHS has elaborated a new national report (Alternative Report) regarding people trafficking, which was presented to Congress since 2014 until 2016, it continues to be a referent in civilian society in the Permanent Multi-Sector Work Group Against People Trafficking, to which it belongs. CHS has leadership in the attention of victims, as well as in the elaboration of research in this field and in the generation of spaced for the collaboration and articulation of the private and public sectors. In this context, it is currently driving the consolidation of the Citizen Observatories and also networks of Operators of Attention and Justice in different regions. It is also leader in the National Chapter of the Network People Trafficking Observation, with presence in 17 countries of the continent, taking on the coordination of the Chapter, which is made up of 13 organizations.
It is the leader organization of Movimiento Vuela Libre (Fly Free Movement) in Peru and seeks to generate strategic alliances with the business sector of tourism and travel, in which 33 institutions participate, including Ombudsman, Terre des Hommes and several areas and associations of the tourism sector.
